Transform Your Rehearsal Journey
Upload your script, pick your role and qbuddy reads every other part aloud. Turn on Cue and it listens as you say your line, then plays the next one.

How Does qbuddy Work?
Upload your script
Upload the script as a PDF or TXT file to prepare it for rehearsal.
Pick your role
Choose the part you want to rehearse and give a voice to every other character.
Start rehearsing
Hear the other lines and say yours. Turn on Cue and qbuddy listens, shows the words you got right and plays the next line when you finish. Repeat a passage, add notes or hide the text to rehearse from memory.
Plan your rehearsals
Keep rehearsals and appointments in the agenda and link each event to its script.
Why Choose qbuddy?
The script stays under your control
qbuddy recognises lines and characters and prepares the voices. Check the result before you rehearse and fix whatever needs it.
Notes, edits and off-book runs
Add notes, correct lines and hide the text to rehearse from memory. Plan your rehearsals in the agenda.
For acting schools and companies
Every actor can prepare their part with the other voices read aloud. To organise a rehearsal with your group, get in touch.
Several languages and accents
Choose from the voices available for your script’s language and listen to the samples before you assign them.
Free texts to rehearse tonight
Public-domain monologues, duologues and whole plays in English, Italian and French. Open one in qbuddy and it gives you the cue: the other parts are voiced, your line stays yours to say.
