Kostenpflichtige Tarife verkauft Matteo Bassi (qbuddy) über Stripe Managed Payments. Merchant of Record ist Sold through Link, LLC (Stripe-Gruppe): Link wickelt die Zahlung ab, berechnet und führt die Umsatzsteuer ab und verschickt die Belege. Link ist nicht Verkäufer; der Vertrag über den Tarif kommt mit qbuddy zustande.

Paid plans are sold by Matteo Bassi (qbuddy) through Stripe Managed Payments. Sold through Link, LLC (part of Stripe) is the merchant of record: it processes the payment, calculates and pays the VAT or sales tax, and sends the receipts. It is not the seller; your contract for the plan is with qbuddy. See section 8 of the Terms of Service.
